The Color Cube is a three-dimensional exploration of light and color. The work lies in the spectator's experience of the color wheel within a square structure. With the addition of light the Color Cube's physical structure is widened. Light passes through the installation projecting its body into the entire room to create a therapeutic space in which the spectator can explore a physical relationship with squared color. In this way the work exists primarily in the active gaze of the witnessing body.
